In the RV Park where we currently reside, trailer homes with “Florida Sun Rooms” attached frequently become available. Often they are offered for free. Why? Because the owner(s) no longer wants to (or is unable to) pay the annual fee. In the case of this Park, the annual fee runs around $5500. If you stay 7 months (October to April), that averages about $800 per month. The people are great and Fort Myers Beach is only 1 mile away. You are within 20 miles of Naples and about 90 miles from Sarasota. Even the East Coast of FL is only 150 miles away. Anyway, I have attached some pictures of the trailer home currently available. One of the pictures shows the phone number of the current owner. This facility has a beautiful swimming pool and a great clubhouse.
